About Us

Hi, I’m Liam — a full-time firefighter, husband, dad, and proud owner of Niagara Glow Pros.

My journey to starting this business was anything but typical. I began my career as a medic in the military and deployed to Afghanistan. After returning home, I trained as a firefighter and later launched a successful exterior cleaning business in Burlington. In 2022, We added Christmas light installations as a seasonal service — and quickly discovered how much we loved it. There was something about helping families light up their homes that just stuck with us.

In 2024, my wife Melissa and I made the decision to sell the business and move to Welland to be closer to family and give our daughter, who’s now 7, a more grounded upbringing. That move gave us the opportunity to focus fully on what we really enjoyed in our previous business: helping people create beautiful, stress-free holiday displays.

At Niagara Glow Pros, we bring the same level of care, discipline, and professionalism that shaped my military and firefighting background — but with the warmth and personal touch of a family-run business. Whether we’re lighting up a cozy home in Grimsby or a storefront in St. Catharines, we treat every job like it’s our own.
